Looking for any settings with yellow stones (gems and diamonds welcome). Had a crummy day so looking for some yummy sunny stones to cheer up with! Are there Show Me Your (insert specific colour here) threads?

I didn''t purchase this spessartite from John at Gemrite (It''s still available), but it''s nice if you like a orange-yellow stone, and it will fit perfectly in the 7x7 LOGR one jeweler told me. Here''s a picture of it while it was with me the last couple of days.

It has a neon glow in certain lighting.

My new yellow sapphire. It''s a bit too brown for me but the clarity is great and it''s a very bright gemstone.

Blinger,
Sorry about having a rough day. I don''t have anything yellow but these are lovely; they are putting the sun to shame.

Look at all these gorgeous sunny stones! Really helps to brighten up the stormy morning that we are having!

Here''s my chrysoberyl. Sadly, she does not have a setting yet.

Thanks, D&T. I purchased the ring two years ago from JB Hudson in Minneapolis. Here is the original thread. Link I asked who the manufacturer was, and it is a company that specializes in pieces for high end jewelry stores. I don''t remember the name off hand. I recall looking on-line at the time, and they do make quite a few variations of this piece.

I''d love to see pictures of yours.

Love this one? This is our inherited collection-no one bothered to set it up!

My fancy light yellow princess cut ring. I'm sorry this is so huge. I can't figure out how to delete it and reattach it smaller.

Fortunately,Fine stones are readily available to me( Either inherited or in the Market),but,Unfortunately,in our country,I found no one to interested to set in white gold or platinum. But,I personally prefer platinum over 22carat gold(Standard in India),at least white gold, just because, the stones looks more lusturous to me.This is probably God's game-He does not like to give all to anyone,or We the Humans, expect more and more what we get!

Thankyou blithesome! It''s a Barry Bridgestock supernova oval cut, and as such the colour
and brilliance is very nice. the bezel also also has a really pretty profile.
There are a number of other pics around if you search on my name (if you like).
