Hi! This is my original ER (recently reset) with a triple-sided pave. I wore it with a small emerald-cut eternity band.

Thank you @headlight ! My diamond kept coming loose and I was told the only way to fix it was to replace the head. I took it as an opportunity to remake. My husband was sweet in purchasing the ring but I was never consulted on my preferences (diamond or setting). I consider it a 5 year “update” Here is the thread.
