This thread has got me seriously craving some diamond studs...does anyone know if whiteflash will help you put together a set in smaller ctw? I'd love to be able to upgrade them at some point, but it doesn't seem possible to get below ~.6 ctw without going with the ready set gos. And as much as I'd love to spend $1500, my budget is more in the under $1000 range.

I think Good Old Gold's are upgradeable, but I like the wider variety of options as far as settings go with whiteflash.

Lady pirate, it is wonderful to have the option to upgrade studs! But I would recommend going with the least expensive settings until you have upgraded them into long term stones. I would also strongly recommend waiting until you can just go for the .3 range ACA''s. Those are so easy to match up and they always seem to have plenty of them. They''ll be worth waiting for!

Ladypirate, if I was you I would start a "stud fund" and then get a WF pair when you have enough for a non-ready set, probably around 1300. You get to enjoy wearing them, and then if/when you have more money, you can trade them in and get a bigger size. Best of both worlds!

I have the .66 tcw ACAs. I''m enjoying them, but am considering in a years time bumping them up to around .8 tcw! Then I will be done (with the earrings, that is).

Oh what I was going to say ladypirate, is that they do have ACAs that are smaller than that but if they are not listed in the database with all that documentation, I don''t believe they are upgradable. I''m only saying this because I had WF make me a pendant with a small 14 pointer ACA, but I don''t believe it is eligible for trade in.
