I don't know if these qualify as dangle earrings, but I don't wear a lot of danglies, so they're dangle earrings for *me*.

1.5ctw OECs with blue-grey Sea of Cortez jackets. Very understated, take-you-anywhere kind of earrings.

Diamonds and sapphires, cannot remember weights or specs but of course I remember the price... My favorite part was how they articulate just above and below the earlobe!

ETA: Just reread...aww I wish you could buy these. They look like they were made for you. And yes, articulation is key IMO to making them even more amazbling. One day you will get a pair just like these if you cannot get these now.

It looks beautiful. May I ask how much carat is the diamond? I have on my wish list a pair of leverback earring as well.

Mine are 18K white gold. I am so sorry but I do not feel comfortable sharing the cost. I recommend contacting them and getting a quote for your desired metal and size of diamonds. I'm fine if you use my exact design.

Convertible diamond and opal earrings by DK

I had some very old earrings in my jewelry box and asked David Klass to reset them into convertible earrings. Not “top grade” gems, but they’re gifts from family with sentimental value. I asked DK if they were even worth resetting and he replied with a CAD

He bezeled the studs and created removable opal drops in 14k WG.

Here was the initial concept. I asked him to change it up to make the drops more “dangly”/have more movement.


DK’s images, which kind of wash out the very light opals.

I received the CADs for the earring drops for my tiny earth-mined diamond huggies, the hearts are 2 lots of 3 x 4mm LGD I purchased from another PSer; and the round ones are 6mm OEC Moissys.
