If you could post pics of your rings, as well as what size they are in terms of mm, what Euro size, what your us finger size is, and if the rings are a difference size than what you would wear if it were a normal single band :))

I don't own one yet and my ring size would be a 58. I tried quite a few on when I was in a Cartier store last fall, and they all have a different look to them - are you going classic and then if so, what width? do you want 5 diamonds/15 diamonds/pave/ceramic/coloured sapphires --- there are a lot of variations and the pricing varies from the extra skinny / spacer like one for $750, the "regular" tri colour in 2.6mm bands @ $1000 and then up!

If you can make a field trip to a nearby Cartier (not sure where you are or what a 'field trip' would entail for you...) but it is well worth it to try them on. I thought I wanted one look, and after trying them on---- I liked something else!!

But I sure love looking thru the threads - and all the variations and how classic they are! Good luck in your search, Nielseel!

I want the normal small one. Something super classic. I have no Cartier within 4 hours of me so field trip isn't in the card right now.
I love the 3mm how it looks on the hand but I only ever see it on a 5.5, I need to see one on a 7ish. I think I might just call or email and ask what size I should go

You've seen mine already...1.5mm in size 46 (not sure what that translates to, but I wear a 3.5-3.75. My husband had a bad experience in the store trying to buy it, so we ended up ordering online and I got a 46 to be safe.

Hello!!
I have a few Cartier rolling rings that I wear in a number of ways.. none of them with an engagement ring.
When I was in a Cartier store about a year ago the saleswoman wore two rings stacked on top of each other.. I loved the look. A whole "fingerful" of rolling rings.
I had the thicker one and so I bought the thinner one from Ebay to go with it. I am a size 4.5 and the rings are size 47 and 48. The thicker one is a size 47.
Then I wanted an all white gold one.. also an ebay purchase. This is a ring from 1997 and it's no longer sold but still available time to time on Ebay. It's 2 thin rings and one thicker one engraved with "Or, Amour, Trinity" (Gold, Love, Trinity) That is a size 48 and kinda roomy. I usually stack it with a ruby band.. goes with my watch.
Hope that gave you some ideas.. :wavey:

Actually, now that I think about it, he had a bad experience trying to buy me a watch there (I can't remember what specifically- one store didn't have it- we have two in our area- and they wanted to charge him to ship it from the other local store, or something like that and weren't very helpful).

With the ring, it was weird- it was supposed to be 2 day shipping and I got a shipping notice from Fed Ex and then they called to say they'd be there, but the ring never came. It ended up never being shipped and customer service was confusing and not apologetic at all. It was sort of anti-climactic and disappointing b/c it was a Mother's Day gift that was then late.

Here's mine! It's the XS trinity (the smallest one possible, I think 1.5mm) in a size 50 - I was told this is the equivalent of size 5 1/4, and it fits great. I love it, very versatile!

Edited because my son hit 'send' too soon :)

I've seen two different online antique sellers say two different things.

Funny you mention that Laila..
My husband had his made a little smaller (between 1/2 to a whole size) and it wasn't a big deal. The funny thing was that only one band had to be sized.. once that fit it kept all the other ones in place!

Thanks so much for the compliments ladies! I love your rings and stacks too! LS your photos inspired my purchase to begin with, and Rubies I love that stack of trinities! What a great idea, unique and beautiful!

I don't actually wear all 3 together... but for comparison here's the Cartier Trinity bracelet, small trinity ring, and leopard ring

(I apologize for fuzzy pics and non clean diamonds as well as poor lighting!)
