The prongs are dark too so even if the metal is darkening the stone somewhat I don’t think it’s due to the inside of the basket alone. I’m not sure there is a way to avoid some degree of darkening in this type of setting?

I really like it just how it is, yummy but moody. A fabulous ring in my opinion!

Yeah, not sure if it’s avoidable, unfortunately. It was very glowy loose hence the initial upset, but without that comparison I am quite happy with how it looks currently. Now it turns on and off which I actually find cool in its own way.

Wow, looks so different in person. Honestly, everything does. The 2nd picture especially looks like a beating heart! The main thing is you love it!! That is the best outcome possible!! YAY! And it requires no more action. Double yay!

It is a red with the occasional pink flashes! And yes to no more hassle, these can get so tiring.
