Hello, I wanted to share a few pictures from Saturday''s event. I ended up proposing as planned on Saturday at a local Winery following a tour and tasting. I took my GF outside to the gazebo (it was freezing and windy but I said, well, we really should check it out). I presented her with an early birthday present (an ipod i had purchased, had engraved and that I had saved a special video to). I set up my digital camera as though I was going to take some pictures when she was done watching the video, however instead I pushed the record button and taped the whole thing on the camera. When the video ended (I ended it by saying, "oh, and one more thing") she looked up confused and I was down on one knee asking her to marry me. She cried/screamed for five minutes before I could even get her to nod her head yes. I am so excited and it could not have gone better. The fact that I have it recorded (and her wonderful response) is just perfect. We ended up walking from the gazebo up to the restaurant (again at the vineyard) where I had a dozen roses waiting at a ncie table near the windows.
All in all a wonderful day/evening and I wanted to thank everyone here for their great advice and assistance.
