Hi, everyone!
I've been scouring the Internet high and low for a split-shank setting for my e-ring.
I love the type of band that I've posted below. It looks like a prong setting, but it has that space/gap/line between each diamond, making each stone look distinct. I'd love to know the name of this setting, so that I can Google more settings that I like!
Also, what are your opinions on having a split shank like that with a rectangular radiant stone and a) a rose-gold halo with pink diamonds (very delicate setting) and/or b) having pave diamonds set on the profile/prongs of the ring? Is it too much with a band like that, or will the pave diamonds look classy with the diamonds on the "top" of the band?
Do you think that a halo would suit a rectangular radiant? I love halos, but I don't want the ring to look tacky with a halo, a prong band, and pave diamonds on the profile.
Thoughts?
Any help would be much appreciated! Thank you!
