So!
I know a lot of PSers appreciate art/bags/fiber arts/antiques/etc and so I figured we could share a place (jewelery included!) that has some super talented folks for us to enable one another to either enjoy the eye candy or indulge in buying from places/things we normally wouldn't see.

First on my list (I have quite a few but only a few minutes to post before I need to get my newly 1 year old son down for a nap) is castaway custom carryalls. This WAHM paints custom bags that she sews from up-cycled pants. She is SUPER talented and donates 20.00 from each sale to support a local house for victims of domestic violence. Her prices are reasonable for her bags (85.00 but it's going up soon) and considering the quality that they are and the OOAK factor I just LOVE her products.

Here is her facebook page

There are quite a few fiber artists that I also love-but I'm not sure people will appreciate

OOOOoooo that's a pretty ring. How have I missed her work all this time?
I don't do Facebook in any way, shape or form, but I've got nine pages of Etsy favorites. And no, I haven't bought from all of them. And not all of them are jewelry :o
In no particular order and of course, just a sample:

Thank you guys! I really love how my ring turned out. Her prices are very reasonable too. She
works in yellow gold or silver only and she only does bezel settings (no prongs) .

I would definitely use her again.

Tyty33, I LOVE both those pieces! omg, especially the Denimanddia ring. I love how the shape kind of evokes antique dinner rings but at the same time it's so modern and casual.

I have a couple fun things from here:

I love the etsy shops all of you have posted. I'm looking for some really nice handmade Christmas ornaments. Anyone have any suggestions?

Karen Hallion is one of my favorite artists; she does beautiful mash ups and art nouveau versions of pop culture icons. I was given a print of her Princess Bride nouveau for my wedding and it is one of my very favorite gifts ever!
