Hi all,
I'm **this close** to pulling the trigger on the OEC I posted about here:
https://www.pricescope.com/community/threads/help-me-figure-out-if-this-is-an-oec-dude-or-a-gem.199446/
If he takes my offer I'll also negotiate a 14 return policy and either send it to GIA or David Atlas. The purpose of sending it out is twofold, (1) to verify the color/clarity and the measurements, and (2) to make sure the cavity on the crown won't effect the integrity of the stone. My hope is that once this ring is complete it will become an heirloom piece and stay in the family for years to come.
Given all that who should I send it to? GIA for an rush report (I can hand deliver in NYC)? Or David Atlas?
Thank you!
