Seeking input on my DK CAD for my first OEC

I'm in the final stretch of a ring design with David Klass for my first OEC (thanks to @maita13 !). This will primarily be a RHR, but may also serve as a stand in e-ring for travel. It will be two tone, with a yellow gold shank and yellow gold bezel securing the center diamond (instead of the prongs shown in the inspo pic). The remainder (halo, head and shoulders) will be white gold. David has been very helpful with my many questions and comments, so kudos to him.

My inspiration (a DK setting):


Wanted to add a bit of detail to the shoulders and shank for a more vintage feel, so I sent this:


And this is the current CAD:

Oooh this will be very cool! I like the tri-wire and petals (I have a similar design myself) - curious if you like the one diamond on the shoulder petal or a few smaller ones running down?

@Moonie @Kaycee2018 I would like to see 3 tiny diamonds on the petals (tiny, less tiny, tiny) to go with the halo... may not work but worth exploring?

I agree with the small melee maybe 3 going down the sides. More delicate and in my opinion fluid with your design.

Yes envisioning something like this! Can still look more petal like with a taper toward the bottom and the top.
