Ruby question from the experts

Hey there:

I recently purchased a cut ruby from an auction for $500. It is 8.19 ct and is, I would say very cloudy with a very small spec just outside the middle.

Assuming the worst quality ruby how much do you think it is worth?

Just wondering.
