Ruby and Diamond Art Deco Ring

I see there have been a lot of rubies on Colored Stones lately, so sharing my ring for fun!

The ring is 18k white gold with a .25 carat transitional cut diamond flanked by two natural rubies (but I assume they were heated). They are just a wonderful color and are about .30 carats each.

I drew inspiration from two celebrity engagement rings (first two pictures) and I hit exactly what I wanted which is so lucky! I'm glad I didn't have to go custom since I just don't have a lot of time and money to throw at that process right now.

I'm happy to share that I found my ring on Etsy during a search for "Art Deco Ruby ring." This was called the Great Gatsby ring and I bought the ring in December. The shopkeeper is lovely and easy to deal with, accommodated my request for more pics, honest description too. She let me know the center diamond might not have been original to the ring/bezel was likely rebuilt, and that was confirmed by my jeweler. Most of the items weren't my style, but she updates monthly so if you're diligent and move quickly you can find a treasure.

I can say the ring looked 1000x better in person than photos, which I suspected might be the case when I purchased it.

Not at all! I am a US size 7.5 and 8 on my middle/index, which is where I intend to wear the ring, as I am not engaged or in a relationship.
