I have looked ENDLESSLY on the internet to find this but it is completely eluding me. What do you even call it? And does anyone know where I can buy it (preferably on-line)?

The only thing I've seen done is adding a piece of wood trim to the inside of one of the doors. Is there a custom cabinet maker in your area you could call for advice or a big box store?
