this weekend is King's birthday
i know its different to the UK
we have another week to wait for trooping the colour
im still getting used to saying King's birthday
i actually miss out as monday is my usual day off


i cant wait to see little Prince Louis

up coming state visit to Monaco i think next week
although im not sure how much bling Princess Charlene will bring to dinner

Princess Elisabeth attended the final of the 21st Queen Elisabeth Piano Competition with her lovely mum, the Queen of the Belgians
HRH will be continuing her university education in Sydney Australia as she has done a couple of years at Harvard
i hope the princess will cross the ditch for a NZ holiday sometime in the not to distant future

King's birthday here in NZ today
not sure why we dont have it the same day as the UK as it isnt actually Charlie's birthday nor was it his mum's
plus its winter here, although it is nice to have a long weekend (even if monday is my day off anyway so i miss out)

i checked the list
no arrise Dame Nicky for me - again !
