She is wearing Queen Mary's Celtic knot brooch, given to her as a wedding gift before her wedding to King George V. She left it to Queen Elizabeth and is now worn by Queen Camilla.

Great collage! I don't think I have ever seen Queen Mary's engagement/wedding rings this clearly. It looks as if she is wearing three rings. Queen Mary was a stacking queen!

I assume she did not wear it after the divorce. The royals make such a big deal about the welsh gold and its supposed limited supply. Yet every Royal bride seems to get one. Her jewelry was divided up amongst the sons Of which we know of a few pieces going to the daughter in laws…perhaps it gets returned to the crown in case of divorce.

She did. The last photos I an find of Diana with the engagement and wedding rings is from the day of the divorce:




She didn't wear them after that




She did wear substitute rings on occasion, however. Sometimes the aquamarine ring and sometimes a cabochon emerald ring.

And speaking of Diana, I've found the best photo of her first outing with the Prince of Wales after their engagement, when she wore that daring black velvet dress.
Lady Diana borrowed jewels from her mother for the occasion - a diamond négligée necklace, what would become her wedding earrings and a tennis bracelet.
