I know you are a little disappointed with the color but they are very sparkly and the color is really pretty. They look beautiful on you! Your aquamarine studs are gorgeous as well Thanks, Junebug! I like them better now that I'm over the surprise of them being more peach/champagne than the very cool-toned pink/purple on the website.
I think I might invest in some blue topaz pieces after all - it's a color that suits me very well and although the gemstone itself isn't very rare or expensive, the settings can be wonderful. Just tried on a gorgeous blue topaz ring downtown, and I might get the Kiki blue topaz studs while the 5% discount is still on. Kate Middleton was wearing blue topaz pieces this week and they looked lovely on her.
