Do you guys think that $29,000 is a lot for a 1.99ct FVS1 Royal Asscher (stone only)? This is the only info I have for this stone. It is coming straight from Amsterdam. They will not reduce it any. I wasn''t concerned about the specs cuz the lady said they have strict cutting standards. There is a limited supply on these and she was able to find two. The other stone is 1.56ct FVS1 for $23,740. Which one would you pick? I haven''t seen the stones in person yet. I may be going to see them this weekend but would like a heads up on what you guys think of the pricing. She says that Royal Asschers, as of today, are the most expensive cut diamonds out there, then comes round brilliants.

Actually ... I think 29K sounds about right for a 1.99 F Royal Asscher. But I do also love the GOG stone that Stmdr recommended. Just different looks ... similar size/price.
