Clarity VVS1
Makeable

What would be a good price for this stone?

On the data you have supplied is close to impossible to “make a price”
A makeable could be a cleavage, an irregular or even a shape.with recovery as low as 30% or up to 40% for a makable 1.
I would suggest you would be better off buying a polished stone from one of the Pricescope vendors. Rough is very specialized and you have more chance of losing money than scoring.
