Very nice. They look like a Silver/Gray color. What are the mm of them and of the Spinel?

Of course, some stats and stuff:

The sapphires are basically clear/silver. they both have little blue areas that mix all over; from some angles they completely color the stones from others they disappear entirely! the newest one has a yellow center but in the center of that is a triangular core that in itself is sometimes blue and sometimes clear. Probably there is more to these chimera stones that I have yet to notice. They are .93 and 1.04 carats.
The spinel is .58 carat and a delicate lavender purple that also goes from deep and dark to light and ephemeral. it is 7.6 mm x 3.5.
Do you think it totally crazy to use the small stone as the center and flank it with largers?
It does seem counter-intuitive to me, yet with these it seems so right.

I think it would depend on how you set it; are you thinking of a ring? I think it could be interesting.

Is this sapphire from Finewater?

Yes Indy, as a ring. I''m glad you think it could work too. I really haven''t figured itout yet but that''s what I am aiming for. Both sapphires are from Finewater, and the spinel is a Toracca!

I think a photo of them in the order you''re thinking of putting them in would be helpful! You''d get more comments on your idea.

here is a paste up from the vendor face up pics in the order/arrangement
the spinel, though less deep, will sit higher than the sapphires. White metal as they are all delicately colored?

I think that''s an interesting look. I kinda like it and would go with White metal. Prongs or bezel? Who''s going to do the setting for you?
