Ring with SETA marking?

I am looking at a ring with the marking of SETA on the inside of it. Its set in WG but has a clear-ish looking stone. I cannot look at it through a loup since it is outside of my area, and Iforgot to bring it....Can anyone give me a guess as to what it is/means?

it''s one thing to find an interesting piece at a garage sale that you *know* just needs to be cleaned. you have no idea if this is really dirty or just a huge piece of junk. or both.
