The hunt continues for the perfect diamond but alas we have a ring!

Platinum, size 5.5 with ten .20ct diamonds totaling 2 carats.

Dont mind the Massive head, its obviously easier to make it smaller than bigger, so I guess they decided to make it BIG! Perfect for my ideal 2ct.. heheh let''s hope that happens!

that is absolutely beautiful, I love it. If I had to pick out another ring I would go with that one/ or something like it. I have a .80 F-G VS1(2) that was my G G Grandmothers set in a plt Tiffany knife edge and a 1.50 eternity band. I bet you will find the perfect center stone. What kind of specs are you looking for?

We are looking for most importantly a good cut, then hopfully E-G in color (GIA, AGS) and SI1 or better in clarity, but it comes down to what looks good to the eye, specs aren''t the only thing we look at. Granted we have seen beautiful diamonds, and some not so beautiful ones, but we are planning a trip to NY, hopefully we can make it out to the diamond district...

Please make sure you are extremely well educated BEFORE visiting the DD. There are a lot of unscrupulous dealers there. And make sure to visit Mark at Engagement Rings Direct. He''s one of the best, but you''ll need to make an appointment. He''s such a sweetheart.
