ring setting advice pls

I found in a local consignment store a very pretty and well made semi mount. its a halo style the only problem is that the is holding a princes cut stone right know. it is any possibility to change the prongs so will hold my round ring. the current stone is a princess 6mmx6mm. my diamond is a 7.5x7.42 OEC. is this possible?

Another no. Someone would have to drop in a new head - the diamond would sit quite a ways above the halo, and the edges of the center stone would extend over the halo. Trust us, you would not be happy with the results.
