The Real Real is hit and miss but this one was a hidden treasure for me. The rhodium has worn off of the exterior but is still on the inside surface. I’m sure that threw off other buyers but I actually like the unplated white gold color.



It’s white gold with nine diamonds. Inside is inscribed .90 G/VS and i would say that’s pretty accurate. It’s bright and white.

My favorite part is the design. I think it’s from a Scandinavian company and it is so smooth and rounded with a comfort fit style.

I’ve fallen in love again with bar style settings. They used to remind me of the 80s and 90s but when done right, they are my new favorite!

I’ve been feeling playful with some “high/low” stacking combos lately.


I’ve been pairing a classic diamond band with some colored enamel rings. These are from Megan Auman and come in a lot of fun colors. I’ve also seen similar rings on Etsy.


The other stack is a diamond band and a mood ring from a toy store. It is ever changing and always entertaining!

I have to be a little more careful when I wear the more fragile “fun” pieces but it is so worth it!

Yes. I asked David Klass to make me a new plain 6 prong solitaire for my diamond. I feel this new one really shows off just the diamond. It looks bigger to me and whiter as well in this setting.

Not sure if that was meant for myself or oldcutclubmembers fabulous 5 stones of dreams but mine is one I almost passed on and returned. I had asked here for advice at the time and was glad of it! It’s a transitional 1.5ct M VVS1 and was a good price. I love the gypsy setting anyway, and am thinking of eventually making it into a bezel pendant. However every time I think about doing it I appreciate it on my hand too much. I wear it every day on my right hand, sometimes on my thumb or middle finger!

Thank you!! Yep every time I catch a glimpse of it it makes me happy! I usually wear three rings, two on my left ring and middle finger, and this on my right! It’s a large size so I can wear it on my middle, ring finger or thumb depending on temperature! Versatility at its best. Also the chunky setting makes for a workhorse ring that I don’t worry about wearing to work etc
