Rhodium dip rant

I only know of four places now that will dip my ring after sizing it without charging me. When I give somebody my beautifully rhodium dipped ring I expect to be given it back in the same condition that it was given. If you cannot afford to give it back with the same beautiful plating it came to you with then you need to raise your prices. I am not okay with paying $25 for sizing and then having to pay $40 for rhodium to have it back to me IN THE SAME CONDITION that I handed it over - it's the principle behind it. I paid $40 with the dip included in the price yesterday for a ring sizing and am very satisfied about that. Rant over
