resize with sidestones?

Hi,

I have a 18K gold ring with five small channel set princess cut side stones either side of the centre stone (ten side stones total). They extend to almost the 9 and 3 O'clock positions on the band. It is one full size too big (it is size P....should be O). Is it possible for it to be resized or would that risk damage?

I guess a jeweler would have to see it first before they can tell you, sorry I can''t help more. Hope you can size it!
