remount of e-ring with fluor

I need to remount my e ring .90 round H/SII with strong blue fluor. I would like to remount with shoulder stones either .30ct on each side or 4 15-20ct on each side. My concern is the fluor will the other stones outshine my center?(maybe in certain lighting) any suggestions on how or what might look nice with this remount or any guidelines. thanks
