recreating a ring?

hi everyone, I was hoping some one might have a brilliant idea on how to recreate my favorite ring which is by Tiffany and is therefore out of my price range. I would love to use pricescope vendors to get more for my money, but I am having a hard time finding a setting that is similar enough to this one.

This is what I am hoping to achieve:

The aspects I love about this ring are the trillion side stones, and the fact that all 3 stones are level to one another in the side view, rather than the middle one sticking up considerably higher.

I am hoping to avoid going the custom route because my budget is limited (about $6,000 for the center stone and setting). Blue nile has a similar setting but unfortunately it is only for rounds and princess cuts, which I am not a fan of.

Also, does anyone have any advice on which cut of center stone would look nice in this setting?

Also sometimes, jewelers can make a similar setting without going completely custom and use commercial parts to make the look you want especially in basket type setting.

BGD or HPD or ERD can easily make this for you. Just tell them what you want, what you don't want then proof the CADS carefully and go from there. You can ask for quotes from each vendor and see where you are. Also, you can look on Stuller and Adwar to see if either makes a similar setting as that route might be the most budget friendly.
