Radiant Question (need quick help please)

I'm trying to figure out if the price I have been offered for the following diamond is fair. I've seen it in person and it looks amazing.. just want to figure out if the price is fair. I will post the stats and would love to know what folks think about the $:

Radiant
2.85 carat
G color (some notes here: it's a very nice G.. looked comparable to some F's and better than other G's)
VS1 clarity
Polish: Very Good
Symmetry: Excellent
Flourescence: None
Depth: 68%
Table: 69%
Girdle: Slightly Thick to Thick

Measurements: 9.47x7.25x4.91

It is GIA.. I wrote down all the info but not the GIA cert #. I have it at home so I won't have access to it for a few hours. Let me try to see if i can get it posted separately.
