So far nothing negative stands out, but it is impossible to evaluate this stone with the information provided. Do you have the symmetry/polish, and crown height infomation? Also, with radiants it''s really best to view images or even better to view them with your own eyes. Can you ask the vendor to provide picture, an ideal scope image or an asset image?
Who certified this stone? AGS, GIA, EGL?
Well, they don''t do necessarily anything and I definitely view them as secondary. However, I think that at least VG/VG polish/symmetry are indicators of attention to detail of the cutter and somtimes stones will great polish/symmetry are more likely to have other aspects of cut quality that are important...but I don''t have any actual evidence on this...Date: 1/22/2008 1:07:12 AM
