Quick Help with this Diamond

I am trying to get more bang for my buck by trying to get a "eye clean" diamond with a higher cut but sacrificing on the colour grade and clarity. Is there any concerns with this diamond that someone can quickly see? Appreciate any help.It has an HCA of 1.9
