Quick help in deciding...

Hello!

I always wanted a sphene to see the amazing sparkle and pretty multi-colours. After some research on PS - it seems Export Gems is a fairly safe EBAY vendor. I'm not looking to spend much, its just for fun and won't be set. I'm looking for a sorta greeny/yellow one with the red "spark". I have two choices below - wanted to know which you think will be the most brilliant/best choice??? They are both almost 2 cts. Thanks in advance!

I think the Portuguese round will show more sparkle than the princess because it has many more facets. I know that doesn't always translate into more scintillation, but in this case it looks like it will.

I vote for the Portuguese too. One of my favorite cuts anyhow!

I opt for the sphene not just for the busier cut which will translate to more sparkles but also for ease of setting. I’m not sure if a setter will have enough guts/confidence to set a very pointy ended sphene.

The round will sparkle more the square will have chunkier flash.

I love the rounds I've purchased, and gave one to a friend. I purchased one rectangular one and also like it, it just looks different.
