questions re: my last post

If anyone would look at my last post and comment, I''d be so grateful.

For starters, does anyone know if the diamond in the pics is draw to the size of my dimensions or is it just a rough idea?

As far as the setting, what''s your vote? Should I set it the typical way or East-West? Would East-West make it look really square or would it just look awkward on a Tiffany Novo type setting?
