I recently purchased a platinum ring with the marking 1.0 plat wdc. As this isn''t the standard platinum marking I was wondering if anyone might know what it means. Also, in what year did the FTC issue the current platinum labeling requirements. I''m thinking this ring may have been made prior to the FTC requirements or it was made outside of the US. Thanks!
