Question about AGS certs

I am considering 2 diamonds for a pair of studs. They are both AGS triple ideal H&A round stones. Both stones are less than 2 according to the HCA.

I am just curious about their certificates. One diamond is from June 2010 and the other is from December 2010. How come one comes with the diamond quality document while the later one comes with the platinum light performance diamond quality document.

Probably one vendor requested for the old format. AGS is switching to the platinum document.
