Maybe it''s just me - but it doesn''t seem like we have an influx of newly purchased rings being shown?!

I always love to see and hear about the proposal and the new rings. I have seen a couple - but not as many as in the past. I always hope to see new ones that will grab my attention.

HOPE SOME MORE PEOPLE START PROPOSING SOON so I have more EYE CANDY to look at!!

Yes, it doesn't seem to be "proposal" season.

Boulder,

What setting are you getting from GOG?? I am sure Jonathan will do great on it! Always does!

My just arrived from GOG. A RB 1.22 E VS2.

But i'm still working out the details of the proposal. I haven't got it planne dout yet. Will hopefully update with good news soon.

BBQ Clams???

UUGGHHH - that sounds like a horrendous combination!

I hope there is a story behind that one, otherwise I hope the choice of the ring is better than the choice of a member name! (hahaha, just teasing!!!)

PICS PICS PICS...get to it guys! Hehee.

Actually, BBQ'ed oysters are DELICIOUS! Have to say haven't had clams, but probably little difference.

Dancin Girl, I decided on a platinum 6 prong Stuller Solstice setting on a bombe shank. I'm hoping that GOG can send me some of the pics soon. The ring should be arriving on Monday!!

Christen from GOG took pictures of my ring this morning!!

Very Nice. I do love that Stuller setting.

When is the big day? Of course, we want details.

Boulder, is this the: .936-SI1-F you posted about awhile back? Looks awesome!

Verrrry Nice!!!

Thank you, everyone!

Great memory, Arlington! Yes it is indeed the .936 F SI1 from GOG. I posted some more details in the ring forum.
The big day is a little over a week away...though I'll be out of the country. Expect a report in a couple weeks!

Here is a completed 1.39F VS2 H&A set in a Vatche Royal Crown setting that I bought for my wife from GOG. The pic was taken by Christen.

I think my drool just short circuited the keyboard. What gorgeous rings! Good luck with your proposal, Boulder. And I'm sure your wife will be very pleased, Stonelover.

I love those Vatche settings. So much more style than The Store That Shall Not Be Named.

(I've never had BBQ oysters, but smoked ones are way yummy.)

The Store that *Must* not be named!! Too funny.

Even w/ all my grumblings about price, I love those Vatche settings as well.

Basically the BBQ oysters are smoked - just w/ BBQ sauce - adds some character.

Not sure that I follow with this store that shall not be named...

Try the Tiff. thread read. That store seems to stir the pot.

Looking on the bright side, I did learn a lot about salad shooters.

Really great rings Boulder and Stonelover!

Funny, at first glance it *does* seem like a good idea - definitely a note to Benny moment.
