Speaking of elitist tuna. This place around here makes *the best* tuna salad sandwiches. It has artichokes and olives and its on focaccia bread. It's to die for!

Haha, well meet my husband. You know what he started doing only a few weeks ago? He opens the can, adds salt, pepper, and olive oil, and eats it....right out of the can! No mayo, no mustard, no relish, no celery! Weird!

I use Grey Poupon in tuna salad......pretty damning I guess...

Hellmans, celery(sometimes), chopped DILL pickles (gherkins are just stupid) and a good amount of Mrs. Dash.

However, our house is, on balance, non-elitist: my husband won''t even be in the kitchen when I''m making tuna salad. He calls it "bait".... Of course this is a man who despises chocolate, so what does his opinion matter??? He''s a freaking ALIEN!!!
