Hi everyone... been following price scope for the last few month, extremely helpful!!
I think I am close to making a decision on a few stones.
However, this one really caught my eye.
Could someone give me an opinion on how shinny and bright this stone will be? or not?

Does the MB flour effect this stone at all?
Any comments will be welcomed!!

Thanks to you all in advance~~

Hi JC

It looks promising on paper but without images it is hard for us to learn any more about the diamond, have you seen it in person? MB fluorescence won't have a negative impact on the diamond so no worries there. Really the depth and table only give us a chalk outline of the diamond, various possibilities on how beautiful it looks or not - but really no way to tell the real cut quality just from these numbers regrettably.

Can you post the diameter in MM too please?

Lorelei,
Thank you so much for your input. I haven''t seen the diamond yet. I found the diamond on the internet. I would require to pay the shipping and insurance even if I don''t end up buying the diamond. Therefore, i am trying to be extra careful in selecting the diamond.

The measurement of this diamond is 7.18*7.05*5.15

Is there anything else that you may need?

Thanks again...

Can you request an ASET image and a detailed photo from the vendor? Also if they could run a Sarin on the diamond and get the crown height that would also be very useful please. If you aren't familiar with ASET this page explains.

Hi... I tried to contact the internet jeweler regarding the ASET image.
He said that he would need to ship it to a appraiser in my local town and that person will do the ASET image of me.
The problem is at that point, I would need to pay the shipping and insurance... about $150
Plus the appraiser fee... which would be around $100.
I don''t feel that I should be committed to 250 just for VIEWING a diamond!!!
Is that a fair or standard practice???
I am really concerned at this point.

Please help~~

JC

A little expensive for the shipping but appraisal fee is about right.

Considering how much you are paying for the stone, might be worth it? Better than buying blind, right?

Or just buy from a vendor that provide ASET image, at least you will get it right the first try.

That would be my recommendation as well.

There are several vendors who provide ASET images on their websites

www.whiteflash.com

www.goodoldgold.com

www.highperformancediamonds.com

Additionally, www.exceldiamonds.com will provide ASET on request and www.jamesallen.com will provide Idealscope

Yeah... the price to just SEE it is quit steep.
I was hoping to find a dealer that has pictures of these diamonds.
Any suggestions?

J

Jet2ks has listed the vendors. What is your budget and spec you are looking at?

Check with GOG on this stone if you are interested, about their guarantee and if it is eye-clean. It is their Signature Princess which usually have a lifetime guarantee but not this stone, maybe just a listing error.

Hi all... i want to take this chance to thank you for all the inputs.
it really has been a wonderful journey...
from looking... researching... appraising... and finally buying the diamond.
I finally got the ring that I always wanted.
I have proposed yesterday...
and she can not be happier...
none of this would be able to happen without your input and support...
God bless you all... and price scope...
