Pricing for a custom mount

I would like to remount my existing ring into a similar setting. I would like a cathedral band in 14k yellow gold with 8 channel set round side diamonds and a tapered 6 prong head for the center stone which is a .75 carat round diamond. My question is what would a reasonable price range be for such a mounting. I am supplying all the stones.

If you have, say for example, 3.5 point diamonds, a typical 14K Cathedral setting for 8 stones and 6 prong head should range between $150 to $200.
This price is based on a 5mm wide band.
