As these are pre-loved and already set, we don’t expect super ideal, but we would like it to be better than decent. Just give your thoughts and opinions based on this info, the rest is truly irrelevant. We may not even purchase one of these at all. We don’t have access to ASET or IS at this time. It all depends on the price, but in general VG cut = below average. The second one might be worth it at the right price and if you like it. HCA looks like it's 2.0.

Irrelevant as I’m not asking if this is a “good deal”, im more of trying to assess general opinions of performance from truly craptastic to reasonable while not ideal. I’ve haunted here long enough to know some things, just not everything.

Cool, looks like you know what you want. I think I read Karl write that VG polish is nothing to worry about by itself, so the second one may be worth considering. Any chance you have any pictures?

It isn't really possible to help figure out whether something is a good deal without price info.

Edit. If performance is the only issue then 2 might be ok. But again, it's all relative and price is a huge factor.

Ok, consider this an exercise in numbers, limited information, and low tech. These are obviously not ideal cuts; I’m not asking which I should buy (not even sure that we will). Just give opinions about what you think these would look like based on the information given, good, bad, and ugly.
