That is, if you aren't concerned about them getting snatched up. I have NO business spending money right now so let me know what you think of the items on my watch list!!!

1. No returns, looks authentic: https://www.ebay.com/itm/Deco-Plati...rentrq:3d1054e81710aa16b7c4dee4fffbbacc|iid:1

2. LOVE this color: https://www.ebay.com/itm/2-20ct-Blu...rentrq:3d1054e81710aa16b7c4dee4fffbbacc|iid:1

3. Over my price point, and no "best offer" button:( I love it: https://www.ebay.com/itm/1-62ct-Blu...rentrq:3d1054e81710aa16b7c4dee4fffbbacc|iid:1

4. LOVE LOVE LOVE: https://www.ebay.com/itm/Antique-Pl...rentrq:3d1054e81710aa16b7c4dee4fffbbacc|iid:1

Hmm...tough call between #1 and #4...leaning towards #1 slightly more.

No returns- but like I said, looks authentic!

It does, the gallery looks hand pierced; the FC rubies might be not be natural, which was common in that era. Nice center OEC.

A lot of deco repros are hand pierced as well. I've seen quite a few like this at antique shows.

This one just sold for $809: https://www.ebay.com/itm/Antique-14...ond-amp-Sea-Pearl-Bow-Band-Ring-/233536757731

It's the doppelgänger of one that I admired from Sin City Finds a while ago:

@ForteKitty - good to know! Didn’t think they would put that kind of effort into a repro, what were the giveaway clues?
So, taking a closer look at the pictures, it looks like it might be cast based on the rough look of the underside of the center bezel. It’s also not listed under vintage jewelry...

Former metallurgist here.... That first piece is cast, I'm 100 percent sure. However, it's still gorgeous, and still a great price! All of these are lovely, but that first one gets my vote.

No 1 is really lovely but you’d want confirmation that there is no “movement” in the setting with any of the rubies.
These gorgeous target rings with rim set gemstones are nigh impossible to repair / restore if the setting is worn thin. And it any rubies are “loose” in the setting and you lose one, the cost of getting another ruby cut and fitted will be $$$.
That’s why personally I prefer the “reproduction” rings, same look but new and robust.
Have a look at Ivy & Rose, they have both a range of reproduction rings AND beautiful antique OEC diamonds 3DE0FAA6-AEEE-4255-ADD8-1AFF795D0FAB.jpeg

A few more I love:

This one I'd only want for the center stone:

What a fun thread @soxfan! Thank you for posting it!

They have a certain look plus I've seen that particular style replicated quite a bit. At the Miami shows you can see trays of excellent repros, and I've seen a lot of reputable jewelers fooled into thinking they're vintage/antique.

Did you buy t? It just sold!

Yes!! I have a project in the works and I think the center might be great for it. Since the shop offers free returns I thought I would see what it looks like and return if it won’t work.

That's so awesome! I can't wait to see pics!

#4 all the way, love that design!

#1 for sure. I don't particularly care if it is actually old or "style." I love the way the rubies serpentine around and are a continuous flow.

This is my current ebay obsession.

I have NEVER seen anything quite like it. Reversible, sure, one rotating element occasionally, but a double flipping pendant and the colors of those lovely little stones... alas, wrong time.

Of course, it does look like it was a component of something else as those bunny ears don't look quite right.

WOW , what a cool pendant . I wonder if the design will stay put when worn .

I have no idea jeweln. It just captivates me, the possibilities and practicality. A diamond pendant, a sapphire and diamond pendant, an emerald and diamond pendant, all three at once!

I’m in love with #4 but the center doesn’t look like an OEC to me... table is rather large, isn‘t it?

It has a smallish culet so probably late OEC or transitional.

Not eBay but an auction. Antique pin with a “buff top uncut diamond”

I love this thread, you guys have amazing taste, and a few pieces have caught my eye lol.

Doesn't this one look like the CVB Norah?

I was looking at asschers and came across this one:

I think that the diamonds would get oily super quick and it would drive me insane but the necklace is gorgeous!

This one I'd probably only buy for the center stone and the carre/baguette diamonds
