Re: possibly weird art deco setting idea.....help/opinions
IA, I'd hate to darken it. And while it won't get worn while doing anything gemstone unsafe, I'd be bummed if it got further damage too. Not sure I can have it both ways, if I never set it then it's safe but I won't enjoy it as much. I'm leaning back towards sucking it up and doing prongs like I originally planned.
I looked at citrines which mehh, and at mali garnets which I didn't really care for either.
I'm waiting to hear back from OWD's on if they can find me a pair of low color OEC's and if I don't like that well I'm not sure what's next in my brain.
