Polishing tiffany wedding band.

I have a Tiffany lucida two tone platinum and 18k gold 2 mm wedding band. I've been a very bad girl I have been gardening, building a koi pond, lifting weights, you name it WITH my band on. It's badly in need of polishing. Can I go anywhere to get this done or does it HAVE to be done at tiffany?

Pretty much anywhere... but then I do exactly the same and NEVER got my Tiffany band polished. I actually like the frosty patina and leave it alone. In the very beginning though, it was heartbreaking to see whenever the shiny surface got scratched up, and platinum just scratch easy.
