I would love to see your five stone diamond bands! I don’t wear mine as much...but I love it. I did a goofy thing and shoved Asschlee.. my antique step cut halo ring on my right hand. Now I can’t get it off..haha So....I pulled out my five stone asscher band to wear on my left...I like it by itself..How do you wear yours? Mine is 1.5 carats....30’s vs G..but I think they’re Fs...They’re sparkly in any case!

Yours are so pretty @Mreader! How do you wear them?

@MamaBee - that 5 stone asscher is amazingly gorgeous! Can I ask where you got it?

I'm going back and forth over a 6 prong eternity using my collection of 26 and 27 point diamonds, but I'm really concerned it will be too small. But I want to wear it with my sapphire and diamond princess cut eternity, so nothing larger will fit, I'm sure.

Just hoping it works out how I envision....

ETA @Mreader - would you mind sharing the diamond size in yours and also your finger size? I love both of them! I thought I was all decided...and then I saw @gms2011's STUNNING Steven Kirsch band, and now I'm back on Indecisive Island and confused as all get out.

So they are both around the 1ctw mark, but the mrb looks beefier because of the squared off setting it's in, plus it sits up high. Also old cuts sometimes face up a little smaller. I think if I get a chance to get bigger stones then I would try 1.5 or 1.75 ctw because I ordered a 2 and 3 ct off amazon (a cz ring of course lol) and it really dug into my side fingers. I'm a size 4.75 technically, but I wear a 5 bc I'd rather have spinning than snugness :)

@mrs-b I purchased it from Blue Nile...Someone here purchased one...alerted us to the sale...and posted pics. It was a great sale...I wrestled with getting it because I already had enough bands...Did I just say that?! :eek2: I waited too long and they cut the sale. When it came back on sale it was discounted less than the first time. I messed up big time because by this time I had to get it anyway because it was just too pretty to pass up. It makes me want an asscher solitaire....

@mrs-b I just looked on Blue Nile for the band. They have one but it’s listed as H color. I found my order. It says they are G color..so it’s not the same. I wish I could remember the other girls name here..She also felt hers looked like Fs. I think that’s what makes the band. It’s icy white...She started a thread about it but I can’t find it...

@Mreader - I'm a size 6.5, but I'll be going with 26/27 pointers anyway. It's what I have and I've been collecting them for years, so too far down that road to backtrack at this point, I suppose. But I do wish at this point that I'd gone with, say, 30 pointers.

Each stone is individually certified, so I've got about 10k invested in the diamonds for this band, so I'm committed to this size diamond. If it looks as good on my hand as yours does on yours, I'll be thrilled.

Thanks for sharing the stats.

At that point size and all certified it’s sure to be a stunner!

I no longer own these bands (upgraded to a 7 stone) but I'll post for educational purposes. These two bands are .84 and .87.
Dont remember which is which. Size 6 3/4 finger.

Graduated, shared prong. I need to get better pictures.

Wow @Catmom...That band is so pretty! What size are the diamonds? Do you wear it on your right hand?

@tyty333 They’re beautiful! I don’t know how you could part with them!

I bought this from LoupeTroop a few years ago. I would like to reset the diamonds and make a new 5 stone. The curved band does not sit too well with my straight e-ring. It's great for a wear alone though. Very white, sparkling diamonds.

Here's my 5 stone! Lab diamonds (am I allowed to post here?) 5mm center, then 4mm and 3mm at the ends. Size 4. About 1.20 CTW PXL_20210101_001620630.jpgPXL_20201231_225916947.jpg

Here’s my chunky 1930s platinum 5 stone ring. Size 5.75 around 1.20 ct ttw. In house graded M, but I rarely see any tint in real life ( much more in photos and videos) it’s such a blessing to not be color sensitive!

Holy beans! There's Ms in there?? At moooost, I maybe see a hint of vanilla. Very pretty antique piece!

Everyone’s rings are lovely. I like the slightly separated looking ones. Does that mean shared prong as opposed to squared off? Or is there some other term? Thanks!

Going though my phone photos, I realized I didn’t have many pictures of my five stone on her own. So I did a quick photo shoot this afternoon:lol:

My five stone is 2.5ctw, shared prong trellis setting, size 6. Some days I wish I had the shank in rose gold, but oh well, the shank is rarely visible anyway.
