I found what I think is the ideal marquise diamond for myself; the only thing I don't really like about it is the girdle: slightly thick to thick, faceted. Should I stay away from this diamond because of the thickness of the girdle? Here are the other specs:
1.38 carat
Color: D
Cut: VG
Clarity: IF
Depth: 61.7%
Table: 60%
Symmetry: Excellent
Polish: Excellent
Cutlet: None
Fluorescence: None
Measurements 11.16 x 5.85 x 3.61 mm
Length to width 1.91
Also, approximately what sizes (carat and measurements) should the pear sidestones be to make the ring look proportional?
Thanks for your help everyone!
