Please help me look for a 2 carat round brilliance

Hi! I'm a newbie here. I been searching for the right diamond for about 2 months now. I feel so overwhelm with all the information I had learn on picking out the perfect ideal cut diamond. Here is what I know sofar on what I'm looking for:
1.8-2 carat
Color: g-d
Clarity: vs2-fl
Faint - none fluorescence
My budget is $18500. Can someone please help me find an perfectly cut diamond within my price range?

Looks to me (on a very quick scan on the Whiteflash website) that if you want a perfectly cut diamond within those parameters you're looking at a 1.5-1.6 carat size. Are you willing to compromise on colour or clarity at all? Is this for a ring?

Yes! This is for a ring! if I'm willing to gown on clarity or color what kind of diamond can I get for my budget. And will this effect the beauty of it from naked eye?
