Please help me choose between two stones

I've spent a long time lurking and have narrowed down my search to these two stones:

Is one better than the other (other than the size difference)? Appreciate your help!

They could be earrings. They are the same size visually. I like the 2.28 better in terms of numbers, and it's cleaner and it's slightly less expensive. So I'd personally go for that one
