Please help me choose between 2 diamonds

I am currently looking to purchase a round diamond for an engagement ring, and was hoping you guys could help me see which one is the better buy. the gia cert of the two diamonds i am looking at are below:

diamond 1: this diamond is from an internet vendor, so i have not seen this in person, but they claim it is 100% eye clean.

gia # 6137912925
carats: 1.75
price: 12,900 (after cash back and wiring discount)

diamond 2: i have seen this diamond in the store today. this guy claims he is giving me a "steal." it looked eye clean (to me).

carats: 1.60
price: $12,600 (claims he would normally sell it for 13500, but since they didnt want to lose a sale to an internet vendor they were willing to drop the price)

Numbers look promising for both but eye clean SI2 is rare for that size. How good is the return policy for the online vendor? If you have the $, I would buy the stone loose to see if it is eye-clean to your specs and then compared it side by side with the local stone to see which you prefer.

have you seen diamond colors in person? that is the best way to determine your color tolerances.

after going to a few local jewelers and giving it much deliberation, i have decided to go w/ the 1.75c from Blue Nile in the petite pave cathedral setting. ordering soon. wish me luck lol.
