Please help me choose a better value bracelet!!!

Hi everyone,

I'm considering between these two diamond bracelets (links below) as a gift to my girlfriend. I and she both like simple designs and I really like these two so I think she would like them as well. I'm just not sure which one is a better value given my limited knowledge regarding jewelry. I guess they are the same thing except for the difference in diamond size (0.03 ct vs 0.06 ct), but I'm not totally sure. Please help me with choosing the one that you think is a better value. I'm kinda leaning towards the cheaper one as I can't seem to justify the $100 difference for the slightly bigger size of the diamond. I don't know if I missed anything on the more expensive one (perhaps better quality, etc.)

This is my first time buying bracelet for my girlfriend so I just want to make sure that I would make the right choice. Thank you for your suggestions. I like both of them but they are indeed over my budget. I'm still a college student and just trying to gift something nice to celebrate 4-year dating anniversary with my girlfriend. I would say my budget is around $250 so I would like to stay below it. I did a quick search on Google to find more online fashion jewelry shopping stores but didn't really like the designs of the other bracelets. Do you think the 0.06 diamond bracelet is a good idea given its price? I just don't want to pay for something that could be overpriced (I just don't know much about jewelry so I'm not sure if that simple design is worth $225)
