PLEASE, dust for my little boy!

Hi all,
My son is 11 weeks old (6 weeks premie). He had surgery at 11 days old for an intestinal malrotation... Since then he has had trouble pooping. Like, no poop at all without help. He is back in the hospital and they are going to do some tests to look for a few different disorders that could be causing this, and he may well need more surgery. Please, any dust you can spare would be appreciated!!!!!
